Specialty tests performed by the civil lab are virtually unlimited in nature. Such tests include, but are not limited to, special inspections for soils, structural concrete, masonry, structural steel and fireproofing as per ICC. In addition, we provide pile foundation monitoring during driving and load testing, bore hole shear testing for technical down-hole soil parameters, reinforcement and embedment inspection prior to concrete placement, rock bolt testing, surcharge settlement monitoring, and excavation observation of bearing soils.
