Sappi Fine Paper Pulp Mill Expansion
TPT served this 500 million dollar project for almost ten years. We provided all necessary services including Geotechnical Engineering, Soil Testing, Concrete Testing, Rebar Testing, NDT inspections, Bolt Testing and Special inspection. Sappi retains our services for various projects as they arise.

Fond Du Lac Reservation Black Bear Casino Complex
This 100 million dollar project consisted of construction of a 4 level parking structure, 12 story cast-in- place post tensioned hotel, convention center and casino. Testing and inspection included but was not limited to geotechnical investigations, foundation soils verification, soils correction, density tests, plastic and hardened concrete, reinforcing steel (rebar), post tension cable inspection, structural steel testing and inspection, masonry tests and inspection, spray applied fireproofing, built up roofing inspection, asbestos and mold inspections. TPT also provided similar testing/inspection for a K-12 school built on the Reservation.  

Duluth International Airport
Since 1999, TPT has provided Geotechnical exploration, engineering, instrumentation and construction materials testing and inspection on 21 Duluth International Airport projects. These project have totaled 52 million to date, with an additional 200 million expected within the next 10 years. Our experience includes new construction and restoration work on buildings, runways and roadways.
